Governing Law:
These Terms of Service and any other agreements we provide to you are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and shall be interpreted in accordance with Hong Kong law.
Return and Exchange Policy:
7-Day Return and Exchange Service:
Any products purchased from Jellyme that are found to be damaged or missing within 7 days (calculated from the date of receipt) should be reported by emailing  info@jellymeshop.com, including the following:
i) Order number ii) Photos of the product iii) Contact name and phone number.  
After verification by our customer service team, you may schedule an appointment to visit our company for the relevant return or exchange.

Product Exchange Guidelines:
Must present a valid invoice/receipt  
Complete packaging and unopened warranty card (if applicable)  
No damage or scratches

If more than 7 days have passed since purchase, but the product is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period (if applicable), customers can also enjoy warranty services provided by the distributor, and may return the product to the manufacturer/distributor for repair.
Products that are damaged due to human error, surface scratches, opened, used, or if the product no longer meets personal preferences or quality expectations, cannot be returned or refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

For customers with sensitive skin, it is recommended to consult a doctor before purchasing. If a customer experiences allergic reactions to the purchased product, returns will not be accepted, and our company shall not be responsible. Thank you for your understanding.
In case of any disputes, our company reserves the final right of decision.
