For any products purchased from Jellyme, if within 7 days (counted from the date of receipt) you find that the item is damaged or missing,
i) Order number ii) Photos of the product iii) Contact name and phone number.
After confirmation from our customer service, you may schedule an appointment to visit our company for the relevant return or exchange.
Guidelines for product exchange:
Must present a valid invoice/receipt
Complete packaging and unopened warranty card (if applicable)
No damage or scratches
If the 7-day replacement period has passed and the product is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period (if applicable), customers can also enjoy warranty services provided by the distributor, and may return the product to the manufacturer/distributor for repairs.
Please note that products damaged due to human error, surface scratches, opened, used, or if the product has been used and no longer meets personal preferences or quality expectations, cannot be returned or refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
