Shipping Service:
Shipping fees are payable upon delivery. All shipments are sent via SF Express / our designated courier company, with shipping charges calculated based on the weight and volume of the package (starting from HKD $30). Please refer to the SF Express website for details.
For orders over HKD $600, free shipping is offered to Hong Kong commercial and residential addresses.
For international orders, please email info@jellymeshop.com for courier inquiries.
Order Delivery Time:
Each online order can only be shipped to the designated address.
All items (except pre-order items) will be shipped within 7-14 working days after payment confirmation (working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays).
If the order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait until all items arrive before shipping. If customers wish to receive in-stock items earlier, they can choose to place separate orders.
Our company is not responsible for delays, loss, destruction, or confiscation of goods caused by force majeure, such as war, riots, severe weather, flight delays, crashes, typhoons, fires, floods, major traffic accidents, or other natural or human-made disasters beyond our control, or due to reasons attributable to the shipper or customer.
